Diploma:
1. covers have been ordered out of district office budget not class of 2024 account

How we are publicizing

Start october 1st… October 26 and 27 Morty and Rod goes to history classes and order cap and
gowns
Announcement on October 9th - 13th
-End of month ordering cap and gowns
Seniors get a packet need to buy cap and gown and also have options to buy extra stuff
if students can not afford caps and gowns
TBD when announcement for packet

To Buy:
1. Presales of flower leis etc.. group coming on site to handout… money goes back into
student council account
2. Hardshell beads -Black and red with logo on track to send to nicole

a. Pastel colors
*POs have been made, awaiting signature from Morty, to be completed and turned in by NOV.

1. Starting to script moto today ourselves
