Teenage years are a difficult stage in life, for the teenager
themselves, but also for those who surround them.

For these teachers to highlight the need to connect and to


be a good, accesible role model to them is
understandable.

To be a good teacher for this age group is to be someone


they can work with and somewhat trust, but also someone
who is able to put them on track in an orderly and efficient
manner, so that they take advantage of all the resources,
time and space they have to learn.
