How to Create English Environment in the School

Place: Theater (Room No.17)

Participants: All English Teachersfrom 1 to 10 class , Sarika madam & Lizy madam

Points discussed:

Following are the reasons for Gujarati spoken in the school:

# Children do not understand Complete English in the class room

# No willingness to speak in English

# Teachers communicate in Gujarati with students as well as with teachers

# No one takes it seriously

Following steps has to be taken in order to bring English in the school:

# General announcement in the assembly - Only English or Hindi as language of communication

# Supervisor will inform in the concern department about seriousness of speaking of English in the
school and our objectives

# Placards or notice will be placed

# Observation will be done by respective supervisors in their concern department

# Subject teachers – Gujarati, Hindi , Sanskrit or PE will be provided set of sentences for daily
communication

# Every month best student will be declared speaking in English

# Volunteers will be awarded for their contribution for the said cause

# Reading will be made compulsory in every classroom for every possible subject

# Non teaching staff should also speak Hindi

# Training will be given to all in the month of January all those who find difficulties in speaking in English
