Người bán phải cung cấp hai loại giấy tờ để hoàn tất việc đăng ký tài khoản người bán trên Amazon.com. Hai loại giấy tờ đó phải
được upload lên Seller Central hoặc gửi qua email, hoặc theo cách mà Amazon yêu cầu. Lưu ý: Quá trình xác minh có thể kéo dài hơn
một tuần. Trong khoảng thời gian này, người bán có thể đăng tải sản phẩm và xin cấp phép bán hàng nếu mặt hàng nằm trong các
danh mục hạn chế. Sản phẩm sẽ không được hiển thị trên Amazon cho đến khi việc xác minh danh tính được hoàn tất. Amazon sẽ
gửi người bán email thông báo trong trường hợp Amazon cần thêm thời gian để hoàn tất việc kiểm tra. Liên hệ với Seller Support

o Một loại giấy tờ tùy thân
 Passport or Driving License
 Tên phải trùng khớp với tên (Legal name) trong Seller Central
 Chỉ chấp nhận giấy tờ vẫn còn hạn sử dụng
 Phải được cấp bởi chính quyền (VD: Hộ chiếu) và phải hiển thị tất cả những thông tin sau:
 Tên
 Ngày tháng năm sinh
 Hạn sử dụng
 Nơi cấp hoặc quốc tịch
 Chữ ký chủ ID (đối với hộ chiếu) (*)
 Phải nộp dưới dạng scan hoặc hình chụp. Screenshot sẽ không được chấp nhận.
o Bank Account Statement OR Credit Card Statement OR Payoneer Account Statement (**)
 Tên chủ tài khoản và địa chỉ phải trùng khớp với tên (legal name) và địa chỉ (business address) trên Seller Central
 Giấy tờ tiếng Anh hoặc song ngữ.
 Chỉ chấp nhận bản kê cấp trong vòng 90 ngày đổ lại.
 Phải nộp dưới dạng scan hoặc hình chụp. Screenshot sẽ không được chấp nhận

(*) Phải ký tên vào mục “Signature of bearer” trong trang 2 của hộ chiếu.

2. Tạo tài khoản bán hàng cho doanh nghiệp?

Nếu dùng tên cty và bản kê tài khoản ngân hàng của cty: Vào Account Info, Legal entity để đổi theo mẫu “Tên cty – tên chủ tài
khoản”, thông báo cho Seller Support ngay sau đó. Tên chủ tài khoản phải trùng khớp với giấy tờ tùy thân (Hộ chiếu) do Amazon
cần phải xác minh được mối liên hệ giữa cá nhân tạo tài khoản và cty.

3. Nếu tôi có tài khoản Amazon EU đã qua KYC, tôi có cần phải nộp giấy tờ cho xác minh danh tính trên Amazon US không?
Hiện tại bạn vẫn phải nộp giấy tờ xác minh danh tính trên Amazon US.

4. Nếu Amazon từ chối giấy tờ xác minh danh tính của tôi?
Amazon sẽ thông báo người bán để nộp lại giấy tờ hợp lệ.

 Amazon.com Seller Identity Verification Checklist
All Sellers should provide two different identity verification documents to complete new Seller account registration on Amazon.com.
Requested documents must be uploaded to Seller Central or replying to the email, unless instructed otherwise by the verification
team. Important: Verification of Seller information can take up to one week to complete. During this time, Sellers can create product
listings and apply to sell products in categories that require additional approval. But these listings will not be visible on Amazon until
Seller registration is approved. The verification team will send Sellers an email notification if they need additional time to complete
review. Please contact Seller Support if you experience significant delay or issues during the verification process.
Please review the following information of document requirements before uploading documents for the verification process.
o One National ID Document
 Passport or Driving License
 Name on ID document MUST matches legal name of primary point of contact
 Document must be valid. Expired documents cannot be accepted
 Document should be government-issued (e.g., valid passport) and must show ALL the following information
 Name
 Date of Birth
 Expiry date
 Country of citizenship or country of issuance
 Signature of bearer (for passport) (*)
 Document must be a scanned copy or a photo. Screenshot cannot be accepted
o One Bank Account Statement OR Credit Card Statement OR Payoneer Account Statement (**)
 Account holder name AND address on the document MUST match the individual or business name AND address
entered in Seller Central
 Document is in English or bilingual.
 Document issued within the last 90 days.
 Document must be a scanned copy or a photo. Screenshot cannot be accepted

(*) Sellers have to sign on “Signature of bearer” section on their passports.

(**) Payoneer Account statement can be obtained on Payoneer website (My Account) or by contacting Payoneer customer support

5. What are supported languages for document verification?
The verification team offers support for 8 languages: Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, and
Spanish.

6. What if my name on Seller Central is a business name and bank account holder name is with business name?
The verification team matches information for the point of contact (i.e. the person creating the account). During Registration, if
registering as a business, please enter the business registered name AND primary point of contact’s full name (e.g., ABC Inc.-
John Smith). Name of the Primary POC is then validated versus the national ID and the bank account or credit card statements.

7. I have existing Amazon Seller account in EU and have already passed KYC. Do I still need to submit required documents to
complete new Seller account registration on Amazon.com?
Currently, yes. Sellers still need to pass verification process on Amazon.com.

8. What happens if submitted documents get rejected by verification team?

Sellers will be informed via email or case log to provide correct documents.
