This warranty is subject to the terms and condiions mentioned below
1 To avail services it is mandatory for the products to be req1stored within the period of 30 days from the date of purchase The
reg1stration form should be duly filled and mailupload to FFIPL along with the copy of invoice
2 Warranty will be valld only on producing Lifetime Warranty Letter and Bill / Invoice
3 In case if warranty is not registered with in 30 days from the dato of purchase, the Lifetime Warranty will be null & void

4 To register for LIfetime Warranty after 30 days , submitting proof of invoice along with payment of Rs 1,000/- 0s mandatory The
registration of Lifetime Warranty will be al sole discretion of FFIPL
5 Warranty is val1d from the date of purchase of the
chimney
b Only main motor is covered under this warranty. However, warranty does not cover consumables like Bulbs, Switches/ Knobs
Charcoal filters, Outer body, Metal /Glass/ plastic parts, Filters locks otc of the chimneys

Removal, alteration or tampering of serial no. of chimney and its components
Change of ownership
Damages occurred due to inproper external electric circuits and failure due to erratic power supply
Damages resulting to the chimney due to operation in an abrormally corrosive AIkaline, Acidic atmosphere or use of harmful
chemical
Failure due to misuse negligence/ accident laction of pests, rodonts / or act
of God / lightening /fire / flood earthquake and
fire due to electrical short ccircuit

13 FFIPL undertakes no liability in the matter of consequentlal loss and
/ or damages caused to tho customer or third party due to
failuro / malfunction of the chimney FFIPL's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing the defective
parts onty

14 Any routine maintenancal clearning servicing visit would not be


covered under this warranty and would be provided on
chargeabie basis as per prevailing rates/ charges
15 Whether defectrve items or components are to be replaced /
required shal be left to the sole discretion of FFIPL In case of
replacement of a part the defectivo part become the property of FFIPL
16 In case of no authonzed servIce center present in the area
