Being understanding, because one day, as a teacher, I may encounter many

learners with diverse behavioral challenges. How else can I manage to deal with
them as they are? Understanding is an important aspect of all you do as a teacher.

Assistance, because when the students acquire new knowledge each student needs
assistance in requiring the knowledge that the teacher gave.

Yes, because she exerted effort and dedication in her performance in teaching.

Yes, I was inspired to become a teacher after observing her because I am

motivated to share my knowledge with my students in the future.

Be responsible and professional in everything you do as a teacher and as an

individual, because if you make a mistake, everyone will notice it, therefore you
must be cautious with everything you do.

Because teaching and learning are constantly evolving. I believe the concern I
have in mind is how I will address the issue of how to cope with new technologies
and how I will keep up with my students in this regard.

Hello Ma’am Jhaira Grace Oteda! I learned from your demonstration video
teaching. You inspired me to do better as a future educator. I appreciate your effort
and dedication to teaching I hope to be a better teacher because you motivated
me. Thank you so much!

The primary challenge I will confront is maintaining the order and cleanliness of my
classroom. To avoid falling behind, I would use technology to innovate and design
my classroom. As a teacher, I will make my classroom environment entertaining and
enjoyable for the students so they are not bored or tired of my class. To become a
global teacher, I plan to utilize technology in the teaching-learning process in order to
make it more hospitable and meaningful for students.

The Deped Mission, in which students learn in a child-friendly, gender-sensitive, safe, and
motivating environment, demonstrates that DepEd applied Perennialism to their DepEd Mission
because they believe that if learners engage in this type of environment, they can become friendly
and good citizens of our country in the future as they bring good values that they learned in school.

The DepEd vision, in which the DepEd, as a learner-centered organization, constantly develops
itself to better serve its stakeholders, demonstrates that DepEd is progressivism. DepEd believes
that learners learn by doing and that we should teach them about topics that they are interested in.

The goal of DepEd, in which administrators and staff, as stewards of the institution, establish an
enabling and supportive environment for optimal learning, demonstrates that DepEd is
reconstructionism. DepEd believes that education is immersing students in discussions about
moral quandaries in order for them to comprehend the consequences of their actions.

The objective of DepEd, in which teachers support learning and always nurture each learner,
demonstrates that DepEd is existentialist. DepEd believes that society should not limit an
individual's life or behaviors since these limitations hamper free choice and the development of that
individual's potential.

The DepEd Vision, which enables individuals to fulfill their full potential and meaningfully contribute
to the nation's building, demonstrates that DepEd used Pragmatism because they feel that
teaching students things that are practical for life encourages them to grow into better people.

The DepEd Core Values are Maka-Diyos, Maka-tao, Makakalikasan, and Makabansa are proof that
DepEd embraced Rationalism, in which they only believe what is founded on reason and provides
the primary basis for knowledge.

The DepEd Vision, We dream of Filipinos who passionately love their nation, demonstrates that
DepEd also employs Utilitarianism, which encourages activities that foster happiness or pleasure
while opposing actions that bring misery or injury. When aimed toward making social, economic, or
political decisions, it aims for the welfare of society as a whole.

while opposing actions that bring misery or injury. When oriented toward making social, economic,
or political decisions, it would seek the good of society as a whole.

Teachers facilitate learning and constantly nurture every learner, according to the DepEd Vision,
There is evidence that DepEd uses Empiricism, where teaching-learning of students is based on
the human senses, and it shares the belief that there is no such thing as innate knowledge and that
knowledge is derived from experience.

Students study in a child-friendly, gender-sensitive, safe, and inspiring environment, according to

the DepEd Vision, which is also proof that DepEd uses Behaviorism, in which the instructor
provides positive reinforcement, or awards at the end of the day for their excellent behavior. When
children accomplish a desired behavior, they will learn to do it on their own.

The DepEd Mission, Teachers support learning and constantly nurture every learner, demonstrates
that DepEd employs Constructivism by assisting learners to construct knowledge rather than
passively taking in information. As students interact with the world and reflect on their experiences,
they are able to construct their own representations and incorporate new information into their prior
knowledge.

I think the dominant in Philippine basic schools is essentialism because it focuses on

imparting essential knowledge and skills to students, emphasizing a core curriculum.
In the Philippines, there has been a historical tendency toward a more traditional and
essentialist approach to education, stressing the importance of foundational
subjects.

Establish a single philosophy that all schools and teachers ought to adhere to
because the efficacy of an educational philosophy is dependent on a variety of
elements such as cultural environment, student demographics, and educational
goals. A balanced and adaptable strategy that integrates components of many
philosophies, on the other hand, could be advantageous. In addition, I think
constructivism should be given more attention.

Reflect

These may be of help: in providing appropriate learning methods based on the students' pacing of
learning.

I believe that the learner is a unique and diverse individual with varying learning styles, strengths, and
interests. Each student has growth potential, and it is my responsibility as an educator to foster an
inclusive and supportive learning environment that recognizes and celebrates these differences.

I believe that I should teach the learners not only academic content but also essential life skills, critical
thinking, and a love for learning. The curriculum should be relevant, engaging, and designed to
empower students to apply their knowledge in real-world situations.

By providing opportunities for exploration and discovery, I aim to instill a sense of curiosity and
autonomy in my students.

I believe that building positive and respectful relationships is fundamental to effective education. I
should relate to learners with empathy, understanding, and patience, recognizing and appreciating
their strengths and challenges. With colleagues, I value collaboration, open communication, and a
shared commitment to the success of our students.
