Commanded various teams while disposing day to day work in diversified job assignments. Logistics,
procurement, management, HR handling, disaster management, rehabilitation and multi-tasking was
the integral part of my job.

Government of Pakistan (17 plus years)

As I possess over twelve years of aggressive operational experience in Pakistan’s Premier Agency,
hence, in broader spectrum my area of responsibilities were to handle the Human Resource issues,
coordinate and implement the HR policies by Government of Pakistan, evolve the Training and
personnel development needs, energizing the teams for operational purposes, inter departmental
coordination, look after the security aspect for safe guarding the establishment and employees,
initialing PERs, neutralize the internal / external threats w.r.t. safety and security, while concealing
the vulnerabilities with effective co-ordination with counterparts. Further, worked on the Advisory
position for Government of Pakistan, in both HR Management, General Management and Security
related issues. Further, being on the top management, multitasking, cross functional teams
coordination and their outcome, bringing difference though hard work and excellent management
