What I did yesterday:

Yesterday, I woke up at 9:30 AM. Then, I brushed my teeth and washed my face.
After that, I made myself a cup of tea. Once I finished my tea, I studied for the IELTS
exam from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. I took a two-hour break after that. Later, I had a
meeting with my colleague to practice the speaking part of the IELTS. At 4:00 PM, I
took a break until 9:00 PM. During that time, I reviewed my mistakes in the reading
section of the IELTS. Afterward, I brushed my teeth and washed my face again, and I
spent some time checking my phone. Finally, I went to sleep.
The things that burden me emotionally and mentally:
Today, I want to write about the things that truly burden me emotionally and mentally,
which I find challenging to handle. Firstly, the constant shouting and unpleasant
remarks from my family. My personality does not align well with such behavior, as I
genuinely appreciate quiet environments that provide a sense of relaxation and
comfort. Secondly, they tend to exaggerate everything in life. Even the smallest and
seemingly insignificant events are given great importance and significance. I believe
it would be better to address these issues calmly, with greater wisdom, and not to
dwell on them excessively.
