Dear Sir,
I am interested to apply this Scholarship for PhD in this University in this session. My primary research objective
and interest is in the area Semantic Web (Relational Database to Resource Description Framework and its
Schema), Automatic Web Programming (Programming without Coding) using Artificial Intelligence and
Machine Learning more specifically in computer vision. I have done master in Computer Science from
Bahauddin Zakariya University, Punjab, Multan (BZU) in 2010. Immediately after my master I began my
professional career as software developer, where I worked in the software development department. There I
developed very good working knowledge of various web development tools and technologies including Java,
PHP, MVC Framework Codeigniter, Jquery, Python, XML, CMS(Wordpress, Joomla, Opencart), and other
open source tools. Furthermore, I have worked on 35 software projects of online and desktop applications.

I have recently completed M.phil in Computer Science from National College of Business Administration and
Economic (NCBAE) with (Relational Database to Resource Description Framework and its Schema as the
specialization. I was devotedly involved in a research project that is design and developing a tool that convert a
relation database (RDB) in to semantic web’s RDS and RDFS. Most of my research work has been related to
designing the system; particularly converting RDB entity records into RDF triple formats and RDB schema also
converted into RDF schema find relationships among entity properties. A significant part of this research is
focused on designing a system that can be implemented in a fully computing environment in order to deliver
information in latest technology.
My learning experience under the guidance of my supervisor has persuaded me not only of the potential of research
but also of the significance of teaching. I have also liked working as a teaching assistant for both graduate and
undergraduate courses. I have got experience in delivering lectures, conducting labs, and also designed
assignments, quizzes, exams, and performed grading for these courses.
I have applied to the doctorate program in pattern recognition because it is one of the world very best and leading
PhD program. On careful study of the partner universities, current research activities, and their appropriate
supervisors advising for it, this has strengthened my resolve to study at the Chinese Universities as it is the ideal
choice for an exciting research career.

After the completion of my PhD, I want to return my homeland. I plan to continue my research, and likely want to
write research proposals to get projects funded. In the long run, I also intended to join a research institute that gave
me adequate time to chip away at my ventures. I intend to become a highly competent researcher in the field of
computer science specifically Semantic Web (Relational Database to Resource Description Framework and its
Schema) and Automatic Programming (Programming without Coding) more specifically in computer vision.

I would there's, feel obliged to be able to secure admission in your prestigious university and pursue my PhD
program. I am sure that I will match all the credentials and will be able to maintain high standards at your
