I. Overview and Introduction

1.1. Name of the firm


The proposed business shall be named HERBAL DELIGHT
“Delight in Every Sip”.

1.2. Location

The said business will be located at Barangay


Tagpuro Guiuan Eastern Samar

1.3. Brief Description of the Project


The proposed business is putting up a commercial
bakery to be located at Barangay Tagpuro Guiuan Eastern
Samar. The building will be rented at P 5,000 monthly.

The proposed location of the project is near the

Tagpuro Guiuan Eastern Samar Public Market where most of

its competitors are located. The site is accessible to all

types of transportation vehicles.

The nearest competitors – Milktea ng Bayan and CJ’s

Milktea are situated near the building of the proposed

project.

Product of Herbal Delight includes Butterfly Pea (Blue

Ternate) and Iced Macchiato Milktea which comprises 50% of

the total production while 50% consists of drinks.

An average of 69 customers per day is expected to buy the

product based on the market study.

Initial capital requirement of the proposed project

is estimated at P 289,585

It will be managed by the owner and will be assisted

by three workers.

1.4. Brief Background of the Business

We make this product proposal for the purpose that we

want to serve our valued customers in a new product dishes

that we give them a healthy drinks that will enjoy not only

for adults but also for the young ones, we add especial

ingredients for our product. We would like to introduce

varieties of flavors that consumers that would not normally

taste of the milktea.

Nowadays people mild choose an artificially made drinks

product that has a less healthy nutritional content over the

conventional foods that is said to be “good for our health

lifestyle” that is available in the market. Promoting a

healthy and convenient way of drinking by introducing

varieties of milk tea to the public consumers would also

benefit not just the consumers with the as health nutrition

content it have but also helps the Filipino farming industries

in the country as well they will encourage.

To help create the best healthier tasting milk teas

as well to become the top milk tea store in the

We aim to become one of the top milk tea stores in

country by 3 years, beating out current milk tea stores

that are on top of the pyramid. We also aim to become

internationally known in the near future.

To help create a different healthier milk tea drinking

experience that would leave customers satisfied and

looking forward to more.

3.3. Promotion

The following will be used by Herbal Delight Milk


tea Shop for its promotional activities:

1. Signage in front of the store;


2. A tarpaulin to advertise the opening of business
it to be hanged near the site.
3. Fliers will be given for the promotion of the
business.

In addition to the above proposed business shall adopt

4. It will use an attractive packaging: customized


boxes and biodegradable plastics which are all
environment friendly;

5. It will use the right amount of ingredients and


right portioning i.e., standard weight of products;

Credit shall be extended to retail store owners in


particular who would establish satisfactory dealings with
the proponent.
3.4. Place

The proposed business is putting up a commercial


bakery to be located at Barangay Tagpuro Guiuan Eastern
Samar. The building will be rented at P 5,000 monthly.

While the building is to be rented, the frontage

of 4 m. is ideal for the display area. Improvements

will be done like repainting, installation of tiles

and glass panes at the front or entrance to complement

the display window.

A computer will be erected to serve as divider

between the receiving and that of production area.

Features of the structure include a toilet and

bath, built-in cabinets, a wide kitchen top and two

large laboratories, and an exit door. Utilities like

water and telephone are already installed in the

building.

V. Positioning

The main goal of a certain business is to have


high income especially in the part of the owner. The
business should generate pleasantly relationship
between the manager and employees to attain the main
goal of the business which is to have an income. At
workers and employees in the business need income to
support their own needs and also for their services
rendered in the business. Building up business is a
great opportunity for an employed people to have jobs.
It will also be their opportunity of having another
source of income.
This business is expected to give a great
contribution to the government in the form of taxes.
The tax payment from the business would help the
localities as well as the economy in its future project
especially for people that will benefit. This would
help the people to more sprightly.

Delight is committed to improving the customer

experience in ways they believe few in the industry

have done.

This business plan to execute a broader marketing

strategy, not simply to build name recognition and

awareness but also to build deeper relationships with

the target customers whom they believe will help

promote the brand. To reach the target customer group,

we use a mix of the following marketing methods: radio,

billboards, social networking, television and in-store

sampling. Expect to continue to increase media

impressions as they strive to build deeper

relationships with their customers. We believe

marketing represents an opportunity to create

The diagram above is the organizational chart of the


proposed business. Herbal Delight Milk Tea Shop will adopt the
structure where the authority is largely centralized in a single
person with very little formalization.

It has only three vertical levels, a flexible set of

employees (worker/s) and generally one person (owner) with whom

the power of decision-making is vested. This simple structure

is most widely practiced in small business settings where

manager and owner happen to be the same person. Its advantage

lies in its simplicity. This makes it responsive, fast,

accountable and easy to maintain.

Herbal Delight is milk based product that is rich

of minerals and nutrients that will give the consumer

a healthy way of eating the conventional tea that we

often buy. We Filipinos are known as a fan of drinking

milk tea especially to those generation z. Our version,

milk teas has a twist and with the grace of healthier

ingredients and decent for our body. Our milk tea has

a variety of flavors that consumers can choose from,

we have Butterfly Pea (Blue Ternate) and Iced Macchiato

Milk tea

These products bring you nature at best -

delicious and nourishing milk tea made with a variety

of 100% milk. New milk tea add a fresh garden taste

and the nutrition of one full serving of nutritious

ingredients in every cup.

IX. Pricing Policy

The pricing of each milk tea design is based from

the survey questionnaire gathered. The Business

Planner floated survey questionnaires with an option

of prices. Then the costing of products immediately

adjusted based from its sole so that it would

compensate the pricing from the survey questionnaire.

Each milk teas cost depend on what size it is which

the small price cost 70 pesos, medium size is 120 pesos and

large sized is 170 pesos based on the research result that

we conduct, but it will adjust based on the economic growth

of the country or the price of the minor and major

ingredients of the bread and for the transportation and

etc. that will affect the price of our product.

X. Distribution Policy

Herbal Delight Milk tea Shop wants to distress

the purchasing influence of most of the Filipinos as

it is offering an affordable price and addressing

health and wellness trends in our product offerings.

At all ages is the target market of Herbal Delight

Milk tea Shop, professional or not, male or female and

people of different walk of life. One of our target

markets is the parents because they can influence the

children to consume and choose our product as a tasty

drink treat and most especially the people within a

healthy lifestyle. This confirms a big scope of market

of people in all ages what places they came from and

no matter what their gender and religion either who

have high or low income can be our target market that
