RE: Request for Extension of approval to participate under PESONET/INSTAPAY Endorsement

Dear Sir/Madam:

Happy Holidays!

We are requesting for the extension of the approval to participate in the PESONET/INSTAPAY. The
endorsement was received on July 5, 2023. In relation to which, we received a letter dated _____ which
requires the following:

“That Silay is expected to ….

In compliance to the above instructions we have paid the following fees:

1) Connectivity Fee amounting to ___

2) User Access Fee amounting to ___

However, we have encountered the following issues which prevent us from completing the integration:

1) We are waiting for the SSS Certificate for Production Environment PESONET (Portal).
2) As to INSTAPAY, we are having issues on SSL requirement of BANCNET. We are having issues
installing the SSL Certificates in coordination with the BANCNET representatives.

Due to the possible urgency of the matter and in order to accomplish the integration on time, we
communicated this concern on the 20th of December via email.

Thus we are hoping for an extension of the approval to participate for the reasons above stated.

An issuance of a certificate extending the approval to participate from your good office is also requested
for a reasonable time as extension at your discretion.
