1. Survey:

2. Checklist for Rebar Work:
Re-bar strength and ductility (grade)
are as per design and specifications.
Hooks are provided as per
specification.
Rebar is free from any crack, Rust &
mill scale or injuries defect.
Brand of reinforcement is within BOQ
& Wo.
Tie spacing is maintained properly.
Alignment of re-bar is proper.
Splice length & location is accurate.
Clear cover is set properly.
Size (Length and Diameter) of re-bar is as
per drawing.
Re-bar is tied with 24G wire (in each
and every joint).
3. Checklist For Shuttering Work:
Level of shuttering is proper.
Forms are properly cleaned and treated
with form release agent (form oil).
Watertightness is ensured in the
formwork.
Height of form is within 5’.
Column shutter is found 100% vertical.
In addition to turn Bolt and T-Bolt
fixing in the column shutter, props as
struts in inclined are used.
Uniform lateral supports are ensured.

Sufficient number of supports are
provided. Loose & defective props are
removed.
Scaffolding is set for safety where it is
necessary.
4. Adequate Materials & equipment’s:
Adequate Material such as cement,
aggregates and sand are presented
with respect to volume of work.
Adequate Vibrator nozzles are checked
and ready for use.
Spare Vibrator machines and vibrator
nozzles are available.
Cylinder & Slump testing equipment’s
are present at site and in well
condition.
