Terms & Conditions as given below:

1)Payment Terms: Base on work progress payment shall be made after submitting the bill with all the measurement sheet to
Site-In-Charge. Payment will be done within 15 days from the date of submitting the bill at site.Contractor can claim the bill for
once in a month dated on 15th of each month.
The retenstion of 5% and Tax deduction source (TDS) of 1% shall be debited from the contractor's each bill and the certificate
for the same shall be issused to the contractor time to time

2)Reconciliation : Reconciliation shall be submitted along with every bill. Wastage/ breakage/theft/ demage etc. if any shall be

3)Delays and Extension of Time:Contractor shall not be allowed any extension in the date of completion of this work. Entire
work shall be completed within the stipulated time mentioned by the Client at the site Or D.N.Electrical Pvt. Ltd. reserve the right
to terminate the contractor and get the balance work executed by other agency/ies at the risk and cost of the contractor

4)Working at night: No extra cost shall be paid to the contractor for any work that is carried out beyound the working hours of
the day by way of night shift .Its shall be completed with local laws and with out creating any nuisance to the people residing
nearby the site.

5)Safety: Contractor shall be entirely responsible for the safety & security of his labour at the site. Contractor shall ensure that
no nuisance is caused to the adjoining property of the Developer. Safety helment, shoes, belts, safety jackets,etc will be
provided to the Contractor. But, at the time of leaving the site they have to submitted all their safety helments,shoes, belt, safety
jackets,etc whatever given by Cilent or else the provided money will be debited from the Contractor payment at last purchase
price.

Safety helmet, shoes, safety jackets must be worn by labour & safety belt to be used compulsory for external work. Penalty shall
be levied for violating these clauses.

6)Special Condition:

1)Safety, security and maintenace of capital goods/work during execution shall be responsibility of Contractor. No claims for
damage before handing over to Client shall be considered for payment. The Contractor shall either take care themselves or,
insuring the damage possible.

2) The Contractor shall ensure that the labour employed by him at site are within the age limit as follows:
Minimum Age : 18 years
Maximum Age: 60 years
This duly signed is a token of your acceptance on the terms and condition as stated above.
