Sir:

I, GIDEON MANUEL ARZADON, Secondary School Teacher III hereby tender my

resignation from my present teaching station at Bascaran National High School, Bascaran,
Solano, Nueva Vizcaya.

I have been in the service for more than 8 years in various stations such as Salinas High
School and at present in Bascaran National High School. My stay at the Department of
Education has been the most fulfilling years of my career, and I will cherish each moment
and experience that I had.

To further elaborate my situation, during my stay at the DepEd I was also handling a God-
given ministry namely the Freedom Valley Baptist Church, which I am currently pastoring at
for 16 years already. However, last year my health condition has declined, following this it
became difficult for me to fulfill my duties as a teacher in Bascaran National High School.

With much thoughts, prayer and self-reflection, I, my wife, and the church have decided that
I focus on pastoring. This will give my health to improve, recover and at the same time give
my whole time in the ministry which I think where God is leading me.

I am so thankful for the Department of Education as it has molded me into a mature and
fulfilled person.

I hereby resign effectively January 3, 2024.
