at 66 E. de Jesus St., Concepcion, Malabon City; and MORELIA ABELLA, single, legal

That for and in consideration of the love and affection of the DONORS to the
herein DONEES and their concern for the future of the DONEES, the DONORS have
ceded and conveyed and by this presents do hereby cede and convey by way of
donation, the above described parcel of land with improvements free from all liens
herein and incumbrances;

That with utmost thanks and gratitude for the kindness and generosity of the
DONORS, the DONEES hereby ACCEPTS this donation;
