Project Title: Elevating the Flooring of the Grade 3 School

RATIONALE:

Sta. Margarita 1 Central Elementary School is often used as venues for meetings, sport fest, DFOT,
be it a district, a cluster and a division level.
One of the major concern is that our kitchen facility is unserviceable , its roof is dilapidated and the
floors are rough. We cannot offer a functional one when ever we have visitors and our school is used as
venue. In order that this facility to become functional , there must be an allocation from school fund to be
used for repair , that’s why this proposal is made in order to realize this project.

BACKGROUND

Sta. Margarita 1 Central School has long been always used as venues for any activities since it is the
center and accessible place nearest to Calbayog area. Because of this, teaching staff always have to get
ready especially its facilities , that anytime the school will used as venue , we can offer a functional facility
Just like our school kitchen , since its not serviceable, when the school is used as billeting we cannot offer
our kitchen, instead they used other classrooms as kitchen.
It has been the desire and of the administrator to repair this facility, but due to lack of fund the plan
did not materialized.

 OBJECTIVES:

The project proposal is an answer to the above mention issue of the school. The school teaching
personnel believes that this repair will make the functional and serviceable, specifically, the project aims to:
1. Repair of school kitchen
2. Minimize food purchases outside when there is visitor instead just cook it in the kitchen.
3. Add functionality of school facilities
