We the grade 12 home economics students are currently conducting research about the
“The Level of Awareness on the Standards of Food Servicing among the Grade 12
Student in Tabuk City High” as a requirement in the subject Practical Research 2.
Below are our research questions as your basis for validating our survey questionnaire.

1. What is the demographic profile of the respondents when they are grouped according
to: a. age b. gender c. family income?
2. What is the level of awareness on the standards of food servicing of the respondents?
3. Is there a significant difference on The Level of awareness on the standards of food
servicing of the respondents when they are grouped according to their demographic
profile?

In connection with this, may we request your expert judgment on the degree of relevance
