I. INTRODUCTION

*Define lower class status. Ie poverty

*Include advantages of being in lower class status

Individuals who belong to the lower class status are often a fruit of lack of education,
generational debt, or irresponsibility of parents. Though belonging to the lower class people may be
hard, these people tends to be more resilient and resourceful of the things that is available and
convenient to them. Students steal for a variety of reasons. Some steal simply because they do not
have the means to go to school that even just for paying the fare going to school and back to their
homes is hard for them. To meet their need of money, they then resort to stealing money from the
classmates. By doing so, they can attend their classes regularly. Though this act is being done out of
poverty, the fact that their classmate’s money was being taken from them irritates and frustrates
them greatly. With this, the writers had come up with a bright idea to install Closed Circuit Television
(CCTV), as we commonly see on news reported, it has been a big help in catching the criminals on
act.

II. Purpose

peaceful institution.

On Monday, project description will be check.

III. Project Description

This project allows the learners to feel safe inside our institution, Data Center College of the
Philippines, because aside from bullying that is happening inside the school, stealing is also one of
the crimes that cannot be prevented easily. CCTVS are very convenient that it can be installed
anywhere and is connected with an app that you can check any time and any where. We want to
ensure the safety of the people inside the institution at all times. That’s why the CCTVS are
programmed to have a night vision so that not only the people but also the documents inside the
faculty office will be safe from any robbery that might occur at night. This allows the authority to
keep track to any movements that is happening inside the school.
IV. Objectives

If the project proposal is approved, the institution is expected to be more peaceful and safe
environment for both learners and faculty staff

V. Methodology

We first have to seek for the approval of our president, Mr. Joseph D. Sicco, and then our
program head, Ms. Princess Janeen Ganotisi. After the approval, we would then disseminate the
information throughout all the department. This project would also require a contribution that will be
added to the miscellaneous fees to be payed by students for the second semester enrolment.
