THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK
AI is often defined as a computer system with
the ability to perform tasks commonly
associated with intelligent beings. As this
definition somewhat problematically requires
us to define intelligence and is inconveniently
tautological, artificial intelligence is now
commonly defined as a scientific discipline; as
the activity that creates machines that can
function appropriately and with foresight in
their environment (Tuomi, 2018). A 2022
study by the University of Oxford found that
48% of students believe that AI will pose a
threat to their jobs in the future. However, the
study also found that 63% of students believe
that AI will have a positive impact on their
lives overall. Majorities of both parents and
students are concerned that kids could become
too dependent on AI. Roughly two thirds of
both parents and students worry that students
could rely too heavily on the tech for school
assignments or use it to cheat (Klein, 2023).

1. The Influence of Artificial Intelligence
Technology on Teaching under the Threshold of
“Internet+”
● Artificial intelligence (AI) is growing, and its use spreads
at a dangerous rate, and AI has become part of our daily
life. The global adoption of technology in education has
changed the teaching and learning method. One of the
disruptive techniques to customize various learning
groups, teachers and teachers experience artificial
intelligence. Mechanical learning and artificial
intelligence are the main drivers of growth and
innovations in all industries, and the education
department is not different.
2. How Is AI Used In Education — Real World
Examples Of Today And A Peek Into The Future.
● As AI educational solutions continue to mature, the hope
is that AI can help fill needs gaps in learning and
teaching and allow schools and teachers to do more than
ever before. AI can drive efficiency, personalization and
streamline admin tasks to allow teachers the time and
freedom to provide understanding and
adaptability—uniquely human capabilities where
machines would struggle.
PURPOSE
The study is important because it can help to better
understand the relationship between AI and education. As AI
becomes increasingly integrated into our lives, it is important
to understand how students are using AI and to ensure that
they are using it in a responsible and ethical way.
The researchers expect to be able to further understand the link
between AI and Learning; with its benefits and limitations
towards learners. It aims to encourage learners to utilize AI tools
or language models effectively and in moderation; while striving
to avoid over reliance towards AI. The study will also provide
insights into the factors that contribute to AI dependency in
students. This information can be used to develop
interventions to help students develop a healthy relationship
with AI. Overall, the study aims to contribute to the
understanding of the impact of AI on education and to
develop strategies to help students use AI effectively and
responsibly.
3. Striking a balance: The impact of AI on
employment and societal dependence.

● As AI becomes more integrated into our lives and

industries, there is a risk of relying too heavily on these
technologies. Dependence on machines can limit human
agency and decision-making capabilities, potentially
eroding critical thinking skills and creativity.
Furthermore, an overreliance on AI systems may leave us
vulnerable to technical failures, data breaches, or
malicious use, all of which could have severe
consequences for our society
