On Tuesday 17th October, St Margaret Mary’s will be hosting a mini fete to celebrate our feast
day. The day will include fun activities and delicious food. All the money raised will go to
support an organisation that helps the mission of Jesus and support those most in need in
our society. This year St Margaret Mary’s will raise money for our 2023 Christmas Appeal and
the CEF. All families are welcome to come along and join in the fun. Following the feast day
activities, we will be hosting StMM’s Got Talent in the Little Sisters of the Poor hall from
1:45pm.
Feast Day would not be possible without your generous donations and the help of parent
volunteers. Each class has been allocated a different item to donate. Please see the donation
list on the next page. We will also be having a sausage sizzle on Tuesday.
Please fill out the slip and send in the money if you wish for your child to have a sausage
sandwich AND if you are able to help on the day.
If you do not wish for your child to participate in any of the Feast Day activities or eat any of
the food that will be on offer, please contact the school office or your child’s classroom
teacher.
We kindly ask families to donate the following items (reminder, we are a NUT FREE school):
Thank you kindly for your donations and support on this day.
Kind regards,

It would be greatly appreciated if we had the help of parents with the running of Feast Day. We will
need help running and cooking the BBQ, working at the food stalls and on different activities.
Please note parent helpers will need to be available between 11:30 am and 1:30 pm.
