Warrenty:

The bidder shalloffer on-site comprehensive warranty of material from the date of successful
installation of material at the designated location. The purchaser is not liable to pay any extra
charges onany account during warranty period.

In warrenty period if any equipment gone defective then bidder must replace that material
within 24 hours without fail.
Any part or parts fail or proved defective within the on-site warranty period specified above,
owning to defect in design, material or workmanship, the bidder shall have to replace them
at the place of installation without asking for any charges.
During the warranty period, expert(s) shall be deputed at site by the bidder within one
working days from the date of request from purchaser, to rectify and fixing the defects of
material at the location where material supplied. The cost of deputation of expert(s) and any
other associated expenditure shall be borne by the bidder.
Delivery and installation Period: Three Days. The material shall be inspected on receipt at site
and bidder shall be responsible for any damage during the transit of material.
Delivery Location:Onsite Delivery.
In the event of delay in making delivery on the part of the vendor, it will be at buyer's
discretion to receive delivery with a reduction in price of the article/ or equipment/ items.
Client required imidiate service and support for this purpouse vendor location must be
Mumbaionly.

Pre-bid meeting : Bidder must inspect the location in the client premises before submitting
the bid under this tender. Bidder must understand technical requirements of client and supply

cumpolsory. If bider not given technical demonstration then that bidder remove from bid
process.
Installation,testing and commissioning is responsibility of bidder. After the supply of material
the bidder has to execute its installation at the client location. No extra
cost shall be paid for

In warrenty period vendor must visit client site every month for maintainance and servicing
of material wich is supply by bidder.

The date of manufacturing of the goods supplied shall not be prior to 3 months from the time
of supply. Suitable documents stating the date of manufacture of the this bid material have
to be enclosed with the invoice and delivery challan.
The successful bidder shall provide the contact details of their support team
(Landline/Mobile/Email/Etc) to client office users. The bidder shall register all "calls" raised by
client users under a ticket / complaint no. Periodical / monthly reports of such calls shall be
submitted by the bidder to client office who will co-ordinate with the bidder to resolve all calls
smoothly and in a timely manner.
