KONE DEBUG

1. Configuration:
mainboard software version is NSPE09.01
inverter software version is 0380.214.22
Encoder is KM950278G02;1024 with coded dish.
PG card is T025
Car top board is 02DPA, but the standard 02H board also can be used.
2. Hand up the elevator car, remove the rope from the motor. Whatever it is room or room-less,
you must do it.

3. install the encoder

4. measure the motor diameter and encoder diameter


5. encoder connection, cut the old “XMENS” plug and according to the picture and connect to
PG card
green----A+
yellow----A-
gray----B+
pink----B-
brown----V+
white----V-

6. power on and set parameter


first, please reset drive parameter, then input the following parameter.
F6=car speed
F7=1
F202=2
F203=MOTOR KW
F204=MOTOR A
F205=MOTOR HZ
F206=MOTOR RPM
F207=MOTOR VAC
F208=MOTOR POLE(120*HZ/RPM)
F210=0
F211=1024
F235=110%
7. ratio learning
First, in order to basic running, we should input the ratio manually
when F245=8, then F249=motor diameter/encoder diameter(remove the decimal point)(please
according to the point 4).for example. Motor diameter is 870MM, encoder diameter is 35MM, so
870/35=24.857, then we can set F249=24857(notice that remove the decimal point)
after input ratio value F249, then we can try to use system to learning the correct ratio
value(because of the installation soft or hard, and measurement error, the system learning the
ratio value must will be different with the value by calculate. And the value of calculate is just for
leaning value by system successfully.)
basic steps of ratio learning
(1).because we had hanged up car, so the factory parameter P and I and Kp and Ki will cause
the vibration and noisy. In this state, we can decrease the value of P and I and Kp and Ki.
F212=100-->20
F213=120-->10
F215=70-->20
F216=30-->10
F218=120-->20
F219=25-->10
F221=140-->20
F222=5-->5
F245=3 then set F246=140-->40 and F247=100-->20
After inspection running well, and u install back the rope, then change back the factory para
(2)set F12=0.02M/S
(3)Set F243=8, then inspection running up or down until system stop by itself. If no error, the
learning time will keep near 30-60s. after learning finish, check the value of F249, it should be
near with our calculation. Same time, if learning successful, F243 will change to 3 auto. Then we
set it to 0. learning finish. By the way, even if we set F12=0.02, but actually, the learning speed
will reach to 0.2m/s--0.25m/s. it is software logic, don’t worry.
if you meet error when ratio learning, please follow the way to solve it.
error 82, it is same with normal software, F245=0 then set F255=20-->100
Error 71,91,115, also same with normal software:
1,check the brake is opened or not. You can make KMB and KMY active, check brake will open or
not, if open, you can easy to move the motor. If no, check the brake loop and power and
connection.
2,check the speed feedback on hand op, when you open the brake by KMB and KMY, then you
move the motor, in this time, check the speed value on hand op, if no, check the PG card and
encoder and wire
3,check the parameter again
4,change U and V. be notice, every time you change, please set back F245=8 then F249=ratio
value of calculation. Then use system ratio learning again.
After system learning finish, you must do motor teach, otherwise, when you install back the rope
and car, it will appear error, such as over-speed, over current.
If you meet the problem that you hear one noisy in every time starting, you can set parameter
F245=6 then set F246=0.
8. Door system

it has five parts


Red parts connect to light curtain.

The old wire has two plug, one is left light curtain, another is right light curtain.
you need remove them and connect to STEP system. you can make two brown wire together to
connect to 24V, and two blue wire to CMM1, the black wire to 39

yellow parts connect to open door and close door sign.


KM to 16(open)
GM to 17(close)
V6 to GND(GND/EXT)
blue parts connect to open limit and close limit sign
M7 to POS OUT
M6 to CLOSED END
CMM to GND
Be noticed that the input com and output com is same com

Orange parts connect to enable of open door button and close door button on door inverter.
SD and GND

Basic principles: when SD and GND through, then the button on the door inverter can be used,
but it has not hold force, when SD and GND open, then the button will be no use, but it has hold
force, so when door cam open, it will have hold force to make it always open

there.
So the SD and GND function is that when engineer open the landing door, and go to car top, he
should turn to inspection mode, and press the car top stop switch, then he can operate the door
open and close, if he want inspection running on the car top, he should keep press close door
button, when door cam open, then reset the car top stop switch, then release the close door
button, in this time, door cam will always keep open there.
Be noticed that F130 should be set as 6. F130=6( - * * - - - - - - -- - - - - - - -- )
