WHEREAS, the NANGALINAN FARMERS ASSOCIATION with address at BARANGAY NANGALINAN ,
BAGGAO CAGAYAN realizes that having control over all aspects of palay and rice industry is the only
way to advance for agricultural development;
WHEREAS, to improve its productivity and save postharvest losses, the NANGALINAN FARMERS
ASSOCIATION needed to acquire basic production and postharvest facilities such as;

benefit under the project and has access to the services of expert personnel to manage and operate
the said machinery/facilities;

WHEREAS, the NANGALINAN FARMERS ASSOCIATION has a revolving fund/initial operating cost
amounting to Php 30,000

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of MR. RANDY C. RESPICIO and duly seconded by MR

CRESENCIO N. TUSCANO JR, it is hereby RESOLVED that the NANGALINAN FARMERS ASSOCIATION is
requesting assistance from PHILIPPINE CENTER FOR POSTHARVEST DEVELOPMENT AND
MECHANIZATION for the acquisition of the above requested technologies.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that MR. RANDY C. RESPICIO Chairperson/Head of the NANGALINAN FARMERS
ASSOCIATION, shall be designated as the authorized representative to transact wit DA-PHILMECH
and/or sign documents for and behalf of the NANGALINAN FARMERS ASSOCIATION with respect to
the requested assistance, with his/her three(3) specimen signatures shown below this resolution.
