"RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE OFFICE OF ARMANDO G. VALIENTE, PROVINCIAL

AGRICULTURIST, PROVINCIAL AGRICULTURE OFFICE TO GRANT 1 UNIT PUMP AND
ENGINE SET WITH 500 METERS (4’) PE HOSE TO AFGA DIVERSIFIED FARMERS
ASSOCIATION OF AFGA, SIBAGAT, AGUSAN DEL SUR.”
WHEREAS, Afga Diversified Farmers Association realizes that having control over all aspects of the
rice, corn and vegetables industry is the only way to attain its dream of a genuine food security;
WHEREAS, to improve its productivity, the Afga diversified Farmers Association needs to acquire basic
production facilities such as irrigation pumps;
WHEREAS, the Afga diversified Farmers Association has been successful in yielding socio-political and
economic gains in its small-scale rice, vegetables and corn production;
RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to REQUESTED THE OFFICE OF ARMANDO G.
VALIENTE, PROVINCIAL AGRICULTURIST, PROVINCIAL AGRICULTURE OFFICE TO
GRANT 1 UNIT PUMP AND ENGINE SET WITH 500 METERS (4’) PE HOSE TO AFGA
DIVERSIFIED FARMERS ASSOCIATION OF AFGA, SIBAGAT, AGUSAN DEL SUR.”
Resolved to apply to the Provincial Agriculture office through PGAS funding projects and programs.
Resolved, to authorize GILDARDO A. LUMACANG, AFGA DIVERSIFIED FARMERS
ASSOCIATION as Sole Representative of CSO to represent in the filling – up of necessary application
with the Department of Agriculture.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the furnish copies of this resolution to
the Honorable Municipal Mayor Maria Liza L. Evangelista CPA, REB Honorable Sangguniang Bayan
Member, Provincial Agriculture Office and other offices concerned.
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
