Greetings!

This letter reply is in response to the pending letter of my survey submitted for approval, more
particularly describe as follows:

TRANSACTION NO. 69591

LOT 4700-B, Psd 07-116134
CLAIMANT: Eldon Bacacao m/t Myrnalour Bacacao
LOCATION: Balamban, Cebu

The foregoing submittal was held in abeyance with an instruction to clarify and/or check adjoining lots
along lines 13-1-2 against attached scanned ASP.

In view thereof, I am writing your good office to express that I have complied with your instruction and
have verified that lines 13-1-2 is, indeed, adjoined by a Barangay Road, as per ground survey. While this
do not conform to the attached scanned ASP of Psd 07-116134, the dissimilarity may have resulted from
the two surveys which were conducted on different and remote dates, whereby improvements have
already been introduced on the ground.
