HPTA RESOLUTION NO. 1
Series 2022

Excerpts from the minutes of the HPTA Meeting held at Muñoz National High School-
Annex, Grade 9-Mendeleev, on August 30, 2022 Resolving General Guidelines on the
Opening of Classes, Including No Collection Policy, Enrolment, Student Uniforms, Grading
System and HPTA Donations/Projects.

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Constitution mandates for free public education, students in
public secondary schools shall be enrolled without having to pay any amount as a
requirement for enrolment;

WHEREAS, DepEd Order No. ___ series _____ sets the policies on NO COLLECTION POLICY;

WHEREAS, upon consultation and deliberation, the parents agreed on the policy guidelines
set forth in the DepEd Order;

WHEREAS, parents agreed further to donate two (2) wall fans for the classroom.

WHEREAS, parents agreed further that the students will voluntarily pay P1.00 per day for
their purified drinking water.

WHEREAS, the teacher will provide a water dispenser for the students and no amount will
be collected for the purchase of the said dispenser.

WHEREAS, the association is authorizing the HPTA Treasurer and/or the Student’s
Classroom Treasurer to collect the voluntary contributions agreed upon the meeting;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion duly seconded unanimously, be it.

Resolved, as it is hereby resolved, authorizing the school through the HPTA Treasurer
and or the Student’s Classroom Treasurer to collect voluntary contributions and fees from
students of Grade 9 Mendeleev enrolled this school year 2022-2023 and continued use of
uniforms and ID’s.
