PROGRAM: SMAC Freebie Promo

LAUNCH DATE: November 16 to December 15, 2021 or until supplies last.

COVERAGE: Selected BWNT Stores

OBJECTIVE:
• To increase brand awareness through a strategic brand partnership with
one of the market leaders.
• To incentivize and reward our customers’ preference through a free item.

PROJECT DETAILS AND MECHANICS

Mechanics
1. Starting November 16, 2021 to December 15, 2021 or until supplies last, selected BWNT
stores will give FREE SMAC Start to their customers with every P300 spent.
2. The FREE SMAC Start will be distributed for dine-in, takeout, and delivery transactions of
the participating stores.
3. The free item cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in
conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price unless
specified.
4. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior
citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded
Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

1. What is the SMAC Freebie Promo?

Customers are entitled to a FREE SMAC Start for every P300 spent at participating Buffalo’s
Wings N’ Things locations.

2. Where can I avail of the SMAC Freebie Promo?

The SMAC Freebie Promo can be at selected Buffalo’s Wings n’ Things branches.

3. When is the duration of the promo?

The SMAC Freebie Promo is available at selected branches nationwide from November 16 to
December 15, 2021 or until supplies last.

4. How can I avail of this promo?

Customers may avail of the FREE SMAC Start for every P300 spend for DINE-IN, TAKEOUT, and
DELIVERY.

5. Can I avail of the Exclusive Bundle for delivery via Grab Food, Food Panda, and other
delivery apps?
Yes, store partners are expected to include the customers’ FREE SMAC Start in their packaging
for delivery transactions.

6. How many SMAC Freebie Promo can I avail per transaction?

There is no maximum number of free cards given per transaction as long as it meets the
minimum spend for every distribution (ie P300= 1 card, P600= 2 cards, P900= 3cards, and so
on).

7. Can I use my 20% Senior Citizen Discount and claim my free SMAC Start?
You may not, customers with senior citizen card can choose to avail of the FREE SMAC Start
OR use their 20% discount, but cannot be both.

8. Where will the SMAC come from?

The FREE SMAC Start will delivered to our warehouse on November 10, 2021 and will be
distributed to participating stores on their nearest delivery date.

9. What if the store still have on-hand SMAC Start at the end of the promo duration?
Stores may still distribute these cards following the same promo mechanics as we have the
provision to disctribute the cards until supplies last.

10. What if my auto-allocated quantity of the cards ran out before the end of the promo
duration?
The FREE SMAC Start stocks are only limited and existing allocation will no longer be
replenished. We also have the provision that distribution of the free cards are until supplies
last as well.
