The picture illustrates the way in which used glass bottles are recycled. Overall,
there are 3 stages in the whole glass bottles recycling process, beginning with the
collection of wasted glasses and ending with the delivery of the ready products to the
supermarkets.
In the first stage, the bottles, which are already utilized, are collected in the collection
point and then transported to the glass factory. Moving to next stage, the glass bottles
are washed under high pressure water and sorted by specific color, namely green,
brown and clear. Following this, the bottles are broken down into small pieces in the
factory and then these pieces are burned in a furnace at a high temperature (ranging
from 600 to 800 C) to convert them into liquid phase. Next, recycled liquid glass is
mixed with new liquid glass and then this mixture is placed into a mould to get a shaped
glass bottle.
In Final stage, the ready bottles are packed and delivered to the supermarkets for
sale.( closing statement by summing up your whole writing) To sum up the process

Task2
The best way for a government to prepare for the future is to invest in young
people. To what extent do you agree?

1st, Investing in young: give them better knowledge to help growth

professional, replace retired workers, increase their educational level, be
become better in communication and negotiation, to get the current
progress and have enough knowledge, Singapur example is now one of
the
2nd, replace current workers who are retired, they are more active and
motivated to work compare to elder people, so they must have enough
level.

Some people believe that a government should financially support a

young generation as it is the best way to have a bright future. Personally, I
completely agree with this view as investing in young people can boost the
country economy through growing smart and educated professionals.
Firstly, when professionals reach retirement age they are not able to do
their jobs properly so they have to leave and be replaced by younger
workers. In order to accomplish a job task, a new employee should have
sufficient knowledge and experience, otherwise they can delay the
progress at the workplace. Thus, the government should create a condition
for young people to get required knowledge and skills through financially
supporting schools and universities.
Secondly, investing in young people can help to improve their
knowledge and education level. As a matter of fact, smart and highly
qualified people may create innovations or develop technologies, which
may boost the economy of the country. For example, the Singapore
government invested in the education of the young generation by sending
them to study at the best universities in the world. After finishing their
majors and obtaining a good knowledge, the students returned back to
Singapore and contributed into the development of the country. As a result,
these days, Singapore is one of the most innovative and richest countries
in the world. For this reason, this approach is widely used by other
developing countries as the best investment into the future.
In conclusion, it is true that growing a smart and bright young generation is
the best approach to be prepared for the future.
