1.0 OBJECTIVE: To establish, implement and maintain control for FIFO in store

2.0 SCOPE: This procedure covers all the component in store

3.0 RESPONSIBILITY: Store owner/ HOD's are overall responsible for implementation of this operative instruction.

Instruction to maintain FIFO in Stores

1 Use RFID Gun to maintain FIFO in warehouse.

2 Make login in RFID GUN

3 Put password in require field.

4 Select Warehouse option.

5 Than select Picking from picking list.

6 Scan the barcode of picking list.

7 taken the material from location as per picking list.

8 Issue the same barcode material as per mentioned in picking list

9 Scan the barcode of material as per mentioned in picking list

10 Than save the file. All the material will be transfer to production line in SAP
