Please Introduce your self

Well, first thank god and thank you for the invitation to get this interview session on
your company.
I would describe my self as INDISTRIOUS, LOYAL,HARD WORKING AND RESPOSIBLE
EMPLOYEE.
I also have THE SKILL, THE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE TO MEET THE DEMANDS
OF THE JOB DESCRIPTION
I also have long track record in various company and position due to 2014 until 2023

My first job as a QUALITY CONTROL in PT SIEGWERK INDONESIA due to 2013 until

2018. The RESPONSIBILITY as a quality control are :
 Make sure the finished goods quality of offset ink and Flexo-UV Ink products
with various parameters such as ink properties (tackiness, viscosity, gloss, etc.)
and the visual color of the ink according to the standards.
 Monitors every process involved in the production according to SOP
 Make sure the quality of Raw Material as standard
 Responsible for the documentation of inspection and tests performed
 Responsible for identifying problems and issues concerning the quality of
products and also made a recommendation to the higher authorities.
 Responsible to analyse of the historical record and previous documentation
product for future reference.

In 2018, I get the PROMOTION ON THE SAME COMPANY which is take me to higher
level as a TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND IN HOUSE COORDINATOR in one of our loyal
customer (PT Cahaya Jakarta). HERE ARE SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITY that I
should take :
 Responsible to implement Ink Management System on Customer’s Site (PT
Cahaya Jakarta)
 Responsible to Implement and Achieve the KPI Target from Cahaya Jakarta and
Regional SEA-Siegwerk such as Color Matching Time on Press, Press Return
Stock and First Time Right Color Quality
 Conduct Trial and Benchmarking between Siegwerk Product with Competitor.
 Handle Project Development and Improvement
 Responsible as PIC for Ink Dispencer Machine (Provided by Inkmaker/Fast Fluid
Management)
 Forecast Stock of Consigment Ink
 Troubleshooting ink and printing issue
 Responsible to Report all of Technical and Sales Issue
 Make close communication with the Internal Siegwerk Team (Marketing, Sales,
and Technical Development) and Internal Customer Team (The owner of
company,purchasing, production and quality team)

Long story short, In 2022 one of biggest BOPP Producer (PT Argha Karya Prima
Industry) which is located in Bogor offered me job as Senior Product Development
Engineer. I accepted the job offering because I taught that if I work in Bogor, it will
be good so I can live in Bogor and near from my family. As Senior Product
Development Engineer (Grade equal as Senior Supervisor), I have to tackle some of
responsibilities :
 Responsible to tackle Product Develeopment Sub Section : Cigarette, Straw,
Cavitated, Plain Film and General Overwrap
 Responsible to lead 3 subordinate : 1 PD Engineer for Cigarette and Straw, 1
PD Engineer for Cavitated, Plain Film and General Overwrap & 1 Film Support
Technician
 Resposible to conduct All Trial Product Development such as Alternative
Material Development, New Product Development, Improvement Product
Development and Feasibility Study Development
 Responsible to Report All Development to PD Section Head Non Converting
 Handle Product Specification
 Benchmarking competitor’s film to own product
 Maintain R&D Cost for Non Converting Section
 Maintain R&D Stock for Non Converting Section
 Find Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solution for Complain Custormer
