“This is PR 849 flight from Manila to Mactan. We are parked at Bay ___. Possible pushback to S___.
Start sequence is from right to left. Taxi routing via G4 – C – H2 for Runway 06. This will be a Flaps, TO/TO1, Assumed Temp.
E/O acceleration ___, Acceleration Ht ___, Thrust Reduction ___. V Speeds ___. This will be a RIGHT seat takeoff for RWY 06.
For our departure briefing SID, Filed Altitude ___, Initial Climb to ____, and Transition Altitude to 11,000 ft
Any malfunction before 80 kts at your command to STOP, We shall reject the Takeoff.
Any malfunction after 80 kts before V1, We shall reject for FIRE, ENG FAILURE, WINDSHEAR and A/C UNSAFE TO FLY.
Any malfunction after V1, We shall continue Takeoff, No action below 400 ft except GEAR UP.
For Engine Fire, above 400 ft, I will take action at your command perform recall items. NNC after clean up.
For Engine Failure, maintain runway heading up to (2) DME, right turn heading 270, intercept and track out R250 of MIA and
request for immediate landing.
Since we are light no need to dump fuel. In case of fuel jettison request ATC for vectors to dump fuel. Standard callouts and
crew coordination at all times. Unless you have anything to add this concludes my briefing.”
