OBJECTIVE Main: At the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to guess at least 3 ingredients in an omelette and pancake
correctly.
Complementary: At the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to answer at least 3 questions correctly.
SUCCESS CRITERIA

ACTIVITY Pre-lesson: Pupils refer to the top of textbook page 56. Pupils are asked if they know how to make
omelette and pancake.
Lesson delivery:
1. Pupils read the story in page 56. Pupils are asked if they understand the word ‘yummy’ and ‘yuck’.
2. Some comprehension questions are asked to check pupils’ understanding of the story.
3. Pupils complete the first part of page 34 Year 3 Supplementary Worksheets Module.
4. Pupils discuss the answers with the teacher.
5. Pupils complete the second part of the page. Pupils refer to the textbook to complete the work.
Post-lesson: Pupils’ answers are checked.
