    Meet the Intern teacher

    Hello parents!
    I wanted to take a moment to introduce
    myself, as I will be joining your child’s
    grade 2 classroom in the new year.
    Alongside Mrs. Herbst, over the next four
    months, I will be teaching your student a
    variety of subjects. I am thrilled to be
    joining the Plaxton community, as I complete
    my final practicum with the University of Cassandra Cleverley
    Lethbridge.

    Fun Facts About Me!


    1. Outside of school, I teach dance at a studio here in the city!
    2. I used to be in a marching band, and have performed in the rose bowl
    parade.
    3. My first degree is in Kinesiology so I love encouraging my students to be
    active and moving in the classroom.
    4. One of my favourite subjects is Social Studies. In the new year we will be
    learning about Iqaluit.
