A RESOLUTION APPROVING 2024 ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PROGRAM (ABYIP)

AMOUNTING OF SIX HUNDRED FORTY THREE THOUSAND AND TWENTY FIVE PESOS
AND NINETY FIVE CENTAVOS ONLY. (643,025.95) BARANGAY MANGERO SAN, ANDRES QUEZON

WHEREAS, Article, Section 12 of 1987 Philippine Constitution states that recognition the
vital role of the in nation-building and shall promote and protect their physical moral spiritual
intellectual and social well-being it shall indicator in the youth, participation and nationalism and
encourage their in public and civic affairs;

WHEREAS, implementing rules and regulation of the Republic Act 10742, also known as the
“Sangguniang kabataan Reform Act of 2015” provide and chapter II Section 8 Paragraph (a)
states that. In constitutions and with the concurrence of the Katipunan ng Kabataan, and within
three (3) months form the assumption of office Youth Development Plan, which shall serves as a
basis in preparation of Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan, with the concurrence of the Katipunan ng Kabataan
of Barangay Mangero, San Andres Quezon and approved a barangay youth investment program
(ABYIP);

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT SOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE

SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY MANGERO , SAN ANDRES QUEZON. To approved
its 2024 barangay youth investment program.

Approved this 26th day of December 2023 at this office.
