Students in groups

Some people suggest that learning something alone is the best way of studying. And of course there
is may be reasons for this too, I'm sure. However,in contrast to this belief I think that there is much
more positive factors studying in groups than alone.

In my view, studying in groups is much easier than studying alone, first of all.

And there is a lot of reasons for this. The first point is that group studies can help students to get
interested in learning. Students spend time together and they pursue one common goal - to learn. It
is easier for them to achieve this goal as they will be surrounded by like-minded people.

Moreover studying alone during the exams may be really stressful for students. And in this case
studying in groups is the best possible decision. Having a supporter who understands you is very
important on such days.

Second point is that studying in groups will increase your concentration on the topic. By my own
experience I can say that it is much easier to study in groups if you don’t have enough concentration
for studying by yourself. When a child see others studying harder than him his only feeling of the
competition grows . So this helps students to become more motivated for learning. Thus, in addition
to learning new material, students will not only develop such skills as teamwork, concentration, but
also socialize in a comfortable environment for them.

In essence, I want to say that studying in groups has many positive factors, that is why, in my opinion,
society should pay more attention to this form of education. This will not only increase the
effectiveness of work, but also will help to develop some soft skills.
