* Chú ý: Thông thường, người xin lỗi sẽ đưa ra ly do phạm lỗi, nhận trách nhiệm về mình, hoặc hứa một điều gì đó.

2. Dùng các câu hoặc cấu trúc sau để chấp nhận hay từ chối lời yêu cầu của người khác. Cần chú ý là khi từ chối,
