Justifications: - Total budget /cost/ required to this study is ET. Birr 20,380.00 (twenty three
thousands one hundred forty Ethiopian Birr). It is because of the place of study is far from the Bihar
Addis Ababa by 542 km and every material and service costs are increasing now a days, due to
different reasons.
