Healthy greetings to everyone!

We are glad to inform you that your facility has an equipment allocation amounting to Php
500,000.00.Anent this, may we request the submission of your initial list of equipment
that your health facility needs to procure based on the allocation released under the 2024
National Expenditure Program not later than September 10, 2023.Please take note that
the equipment unit cost should be at least within the threshold amounting to Php
50,000.00 pesos in compliance to the COA Circular no. 2022-004 dated May 31,
2022.Your timely submission on the listing will help us to have efficient planning for the
conduct of our early procurement activities. As you are aware, it is important to note that
while the allocation from the NEP has been released, the final availability of funds is
contingent upon the enactment of the General Appropriations Act/Sub Allotment Advice.

Please see hereto attached shop list for your guidance.
