Real estate profession is a professional profession that is always evolving time to time depending
to the evolution in the real estate practices. Many jobs and careers associated with it. There’s a
wide range of career options associated with the real estate industry either in private or public
sector. Therefore, you are required to deeply discuss one (1) real estate profession that you
desire.

This assignment required you to prepare a report and presentation video / formal presentation
related to Chapter 1 of "Career Opportunities in Private and Public sector".

You are required to work in group. Each group must be of a maximum six (6) members only.
The report must contain of:

Assessment criteria:
The marks for this assignment are as follows:
1. Report (20%):
- A structured report showing your understanding towards career opportunities of
the real estate practitioners and demonstrating an ability to link the theory with
the real practice.
2. Presentation (20%):
- A presentation assessing your time management, presentation skills and technical
skill in developing presentation video/ conducting formal presentation.
- 10 minutes presentation, 5 minutes for Q&A
3. Instruction to report format:
- Report writing: The report must be written in English Font: 12 in Times New
Roman (title –Heading 1, sub-title Heading 2) / Arial 11
- Format: 1.5 word spacing, justify, TOC and not more than 2,000 words.

Reminder:
1. All form of cheating, collusion and plagiarism are very unacceptable and the UiTM
maintains a strict policy against them. You are advised to refer to the student handbook,
as it is your responsibility to be aware of this policy and to act accordingly.
2. Plagiarism is the presentation of work of another (from whatever source: book, journal,
internet, etc) as if it were one’s own independent work. This can range from sloppy
paraphrasing without crediting sources.
