About my strengths I can't explain it but I will try
My strength or plus point I easily connect with the people
I have control on my anger
I also have the leadership quality as I am the part of college fest and other
association of the college
Good communication skill and little bit of convencing skill
I am multitasking guy like you can put me in any situation I will not say no I
will try hard to get that work done

Challenges what I had face this year as HRD officer is like I am in community
club so we are not getting interact with gbm
As such I hadn't face the problem or any Challenge
I had started my journey of Rotaract in my third year of college before there
is lockdown so I don't know about that after college get reopen I got to about
Rotaract
I hadn't thought once I just filled up the form and join the Rotaract
The club name is RCSIES it is my 1st club
I was a GbM whole year I was a Oc member in almost all events of RcsIes Sion
west
After that I got the opportunity in RCBMV as a HRD officer
At district level I hadn't interact that much with the members but I had attended
RED ,WRY, Start up meet and many more events of District
In WRY I was a oc member
In Red I had participated in one competition
1) In my Rotaract career I was the best GBM member in RCSIES
2) I was not used to participate before in any college fest or anything but after
joining Rotaract I used to participate in many events though as a volunteer
and I consider it as my biggest achievement
Like more I don't have any but In my 1st year of Rotaract I had explore almost
everything which helps me alot in my professional life
I was a digital communication director
I am also a part of Leo club of sies Sion west
I had also achieved 1st prize in Hindi debate competition

Project 1
The reason for choosing HRD as 1st preference is I have experience of one
year as HRD as well as I am working as a HR in Shunyatattva Management
Consultant so I am looking forward to go with the same as I want to explore
more with the same
It is not a unique but what can do is we can connect with the HRD officer of
different club in a month once or twice so we can understand what problem
they were facing because sometime what happens is people feel shy they feel
that he will become down by asking question
So in a month we can ask each District HrD officer to connect with the club
by zone wise or in other way
So it will not be the burden on a specific person.

The reason for choosing Entrepreneurship Development as 2nd preference is
like I am working as a HR so I know like basic things what the interviewer see
while taking the interview so I can conduct events on them and I do have some
contacts of speakers who can help us in these
I know that our district has it own placement cell but the opening which comes
in that it comes in a month gap so what we can do in that we can connect to
more companies or consultancy so with that our Rotaract will also get promote

The reason I had attended 2 year and I don't want to b only a Viewer of this
event I want to Chair this event
Learn A New Sport
The reason is I want to let know our members about more sports
The Rotaract Movement is a global service organization for young adults,
sponsored by Rotary International, focusing on community service, profes-
sional development, and fostering international understanding. It also helps
the young youth to be more active it teaches the whole life struggle ups and
downs late sitting and sometimes we cry due to some work .
The motivation is my District chair HRD & next year DRR Nikhita di like on
the day of DTS she motivates us alot and the theme of the next is Unstoppable
& I think I am also the unstoppable person
The one more person is My last year ZRR Ronit Milag HRD officer for this
year and upcoming chair HRD he is guy who is friendly and supporttive and I
would love to work with him
As a participant in the Rotaract Movement, I expect to cultivate leadership
skills, contribute meaningfully to community service projects, build a network
of like-minded individuals, gain insights into global issues, and develop a
strong sense of social responsibility. Additionally, I anticipate personal and
professional growth through mentorship and collaborative initiatives.
By the end of the Rotary International Year 2024-2025, I aim to deepen my
understanding of effective leadership in service organizations, enhance my
project management skills, broaden my cultural awareness through interna-
tional collaborations, and develop a comprehensive grasp of Rotary's impact
on local and global communities.
To enhance the Council, consider incorporating more inclusive decision-mak-
ing processes, fostering transparency, and embracing technology for efficient
communication. Additionally, prioritizing sustainability initiatives and com-
munity engagement can contribute to a more responsive and forward-thinking
governing body.
