A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DONATION OF FORTY (40) CHAIRS TO
MARVELOUS GRACE LEARNING CENTER, A NON-GOVERNMENT EDUCATIONAL
INSTITUTION
WHEREAS, Marvelous Grace Learning Center, located at Capunitan Orion Bataan, is a non-
government educational institution committed to providing quality support in education to the
youth within our Barangay;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan recognizes the significant role played by educational
institutions in molding the minds and character of the youth, contributing to their holistic
development;
WHEREAS, the need for adequate and comfortable seating arrangements in educational
institutions is crucial to creating a conducive learning environment;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan acknowledges its responsibility to support and
contribute to the improvement of educational facilities within our community;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Kabataan
of Barangay Capunitan, in a regular session assembled, to donate forty (40) chairs to Marvelous
Grace Learning Center.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Sangguniang Kabataan shall allocate the necessary funds for
the purchase of the said chairs, ensuring that they meet the standards of quality and comfort
suitable for educational purposes.
RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, that the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson, Jhondred
Almonacid, is hereby authorized to coordinate with Marvelous Grace Learning Center for the
proper and timely delivery of the donated chairs.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to Marvelous Grace Learning
Center, the Sangguniang Barangay, and other relevant authorities for their information and
appropriate action.
