    Dear Most Reverend:

    Pax et Bonum!

    As part of seminary’s continuous growth and improvement which serves as seedbed of priestly
    formation, I, as the Rector of Minor Seminary, must look into pertinent matters that value and
    prioritize the welfare of seminarians, employees, and priests alike. In line with this, I am asking
    from your benevolence the approval to invest a solar panel which will helps us to lessen our
    electrical expenses. This will be mounted on our academic building and involves net metering
    from Meralco.

    Since this project entails collaborative effort, I would like to ask for an assistance from this
    person who is competent enough to work the duties delegated to him. Hence, I’m endorsing Mr.
    Aristotle Santiago to process the net metering documents for Immaculate Conception Seminary.

    Your approval will be a great help to us as we venture in this project that will benefit the
    different sectors of our seminary.
