E. NARRATIVE
rT'he event occurred on January 6th, 2021 between the hours of 1500 to 1800, on the grounds of the U.S. Capitol Building First St SE in
Washington, DC

MPD uniformed officers assigned to CDU 33 were standing in a line formation, on the West side steps of the U.S. Capitol Building for
violent protest groups engaged in riotous behavior. The groups were encroaching on U.S. Capitol grounds and attempting break police
lines.

Lt. Lakomac was the Platoon Leader on scene. Lt. Lakomac documented that the following used of force by the following MPD
imembers on unidentified "John Doe" individuals engaged in riotous behavior. No arrests have been made at this time. Lt. Verna JOCC
land IAD Agent Fawzi were notified.
