I’am Marian Lasac I did an immersion at the eomma k grill in Balaring Boac Marinduque,
it’s a sangyopsal restaurant. November 27, 2023 was our first day and we still didn’t know the
people there. I was supposed to be in 10 y.O Cafe but we had too many deployed here so I just
volunteer to go there at eomma. When we went to eomma, The first thing we did was
introduce our selves to all the staff there and the manager talked to us about what we were
going to do and told us the all rules that must be followed in the restaurant. After the manager
talked to we started that we have to do there are six of us three women and three men the
woman are assigned to the front desk to serve the customer to take order to clean up the table,
November 28 2023 we cleaned the entire restaurant and also arranged the kitchen on our
firstday in kitchen we were thought how to cut vegetable and meat properly until we were
done we all going to do is washing the dishes the following days we are also thought how to
prepare meat for sangyup its easy to understand what differentiates the meats because they
have names in container . we also thought how to make cheese and how to cook fishcake and
japhae . Which are side dishes for sangyup in the following days I was thought how to prepare
shabu shabu it was fun to do because it was easy todo. What I liked and enjoy the most is
deboning its easy to do but you have to be carefull because the bones are sharp and hurt.

Our lastday at eomma we took a picture with all the staff here and with our manager sir ric
it’s really fun here because you can learn a lot because the staff here are really willing to teach
you what you don’t know. The staff here is also kinds especially the manager sir ric
