To Do List Assessors 1119/3

Visiting Exam Centre

1. Arrived safely, go to the school office. Greet nicely and officially the school admins and
inform the purpose of coming to the school (nametag and Assessor tag – a must wear).
2. The S/U Peperiksaan will show the exam room.
3. Assessor check the chairs and tables arrangement and almari berkunci according to the LPM
requirement. Jam dinding, jam randik
4. Give short simple and brief taklimat to Interlocutors, Petugas2 1119/3.
5. Assesors and Pengawas Calon give Name, Ic Number and Email address to S/U Peperiksaan
(for SPPAT and e kehadiran).
6. Check your ID and password in your respective email address before you leave the exam
centre.
7. Before leaving exam centre, check again if any question about the exam.
8. Have a safe journey home.

1st Day (17th January 2024, Wednesday)

1. Go to Bilik Kebal. Take Qs booklet and all related to 1119/3 Speaking Test.
2. Sign the buku pelawat
3. Go straight to Exam Centre, straight to Bilik Ujian.
Bilik Ujian
1. Take the Karung, cut the mousetail. Take out the sets of booklet questions.
2. Check the booklet questions – how many sets.
3. Take booklet for Day 1– Sidang 1,2,3 (Set 1, 2) – Sidang 3 any Set 1 OR Set 2.
4. Keep others in the Karung Guni and keep in the almari berkunci in the exam room.
5. Call the saksi from the Bilik Menunggu, Interlocutor present before cut open the Question
booklet. Make sure Saksi, and Interlocutor write name and sign (if not mistaken, it has 4 ruang
at front)
6. Interlocutor gives short briefing to the candidates about the test – Sidang 1, 3 parts and rules
in the bilik ujian (simple short brief).
7. Before starting the test, cross check with interlocutor the Set Question.
8. Pengawas Calon will ask if it is Ready Set Go.
9. Have a comfortable ride for the 1st day.
10. For Sidang 2, and Sidang 3, repeat Steps 1 to 7.

→ Finish Day 1 – take ALL the questions booklet and Karung Guni plus the beg to the principal
office. Put in the almari besi berkunci. Then, have a safe journey home.

2nd Day (18th January 2024, Thursday)

Bilik Ujian
1. Arrive at exam centre, go straight to principal office, take the All the things related to 1119/3
from the almari besi berkunci. Then, go straight to exam room.
2. Take out the sets of booklet questions for Day 2 – Sidang 1,2,3 (Set 3, 4) – Sidang 3 any Set 3
OR Set 4.
3. Check the booklet questions – how many sets.
4. Take booklet for Sidang 1. Put away others in the Karung Guni and keep them in the almari
berkunci.

5. Call the saksi from the Bilik Menunggu, with Interlocutor present before cut open the Question
booklet. Make sure Saksi, and Interlocutor write name and sign (if not mistaken, it has 4 ruang
at front)
6. Interlocutor gives short briefing to the candidates about the test – Sidang 1, 3 parts and rules
in the bilik ujian (simple short brief).

3rd Day (22nd January 2024, Monday)

Bilik Ujian
1. Go to Bilik Kebal. Take Qs booklet and all related to 1119/3 Speaking Test.
2. Sign the buku pelawat

4. Take out the sets of booklet questions for Day 3 – Sidang 1,2,3 (Set 5, 6) – Sidang 3 any Set 1
OR Set 2.

6. Take booklet for Sidang 1. Put away others in the Karung Guni and keep them in the almari
berkunci.
7. Call the saksi from the Bilik Menunggu, with Interlocutor present before cut open the Question
booklet. Make sure Saksi, and Interlocutor write name and sign (if not mistaken, it has 4 ruang
at front)
8. Interlocutor gives short briefing to the candidates about the test – Sidang 1, test has 3 parts
and rules in the bilik ujian (simple short brief).

12. For Sidang 2, and Sidang 3, repeat Steps 1 to 7.

4th Day (23rd January, Tuesday)

Bilik Ujian

3 (Choice of Set 1- 6).
3. Check the booklet questions – how many sets.
4. Take booklet for Sidang 1. Put away others in the Karung Guni and keep them in the almari
berkunci.

5. Call the saksi from the Bilik Menunggu, with Interlocutor present before cut open the
Question booklet. Make sure Saksi, and Interlocutor write name and sign (if not mistaken, it
