INDIVIDUAL QUESTIONS:

 What is the ideal job for you?

The ideal job for me is anyone who makes me happy and who is in my area of
the course, in the case of Fonoaudiologia. The places I like best are clinics,
hospitals or the police station.

 Would you prefer to work from home if you had the chance? (Why?)

No. In fact, I prefer to work outside the home, because that way you learn to
have more responsibility, interact with people, acquire new experiences, etc.

However, if it were in a hybrid way, it would be more interesting.

 What is your idea of a healthy work environment?

In my opinion, a healthy work environment is when, people care about

employees and promote their satisfaction, everyone lives in harmony, have
good communication, daily incentives, etc. However, we know that it doesn't
work that way in most of the works.

 Is it possible to make real friends at work?

Yes, it's not because people are technically competing in some cases to rise
through the ranks and show who is more competent, that it's not possible to
have true friendships. Besides, friendship is one thing, work is another. But in
many cases, we can see competitiveness outlining character and ethics.

QUESTIONS FOR DISCUSSION:

 Some people say that dating a coworker is never a good idea. Do you agree?

More or less. In some cases this is not a problem, on the contrary, people
already having a certain intimacy, can help each other in the work environment.
However, in other cases, this can be bad, especially if the couple let personal
problems invade their performance at work.

You have to know how to share things, work is work, dating is something else.

 Should companies forbid workers from pursuing relationships with each

other?

No, the company has nothing to do with its employees' personal lives. If
employees are having a relationship with each other, it has nothing to do with
the rest. The only thing that can't happen is that employees' personal lives
impair their performance and responsibility in the company.

TASK 2: Imagem

 My opinion on the question is that: it is super possible to mix the personal

and professional in the relationship, even because it does not mean that the
person next to you is your wife or husband, that you will accept everything.
Relationship is one thing, work is another, but both can be together, as long
as you have respect and discipline.
In the first image is a couple working together in their fabric company. They
seem to be very happy and close in both relationships, both personal and
professional.
In the second image is a couple who are talking at work. They work together
in an office and also seem to be quite happy and at ease.

 My opinion on the question is that: the advantages of working from home

are: Establishing your own hours, without the daily traffic,
comfort and convenience, quality of life, etc. The disadvantages are: drop in
production, due to lack of planning and discipline, ending up mixing work
and leisure, working too little, etc.
The first image is a man working in his house, very comfortably. Looks like
he works in an office and is in a meeting to solve some problems.
In the second image, there are several people working face-to-face in a
company, where you don't find all the comfort of the first image. It looks like
they are thinking of new ideas to apply in the company.

TASK 3: Gráfico

What makes a healthy work environment is closely related to respect between

employees and the company's owner, since no one is better than anyone else
and that everyone deserves to be treated equally.

Friendship among employees also ends up making the environment more fun
and intimate, in this way opinions, tastes and doubts are harmoniously resolved.

Also, fun can make the environment less serious and dull, so something livelier
makes work more productive.
