Weather disturbances like typhoon cause harmful and damaging effects to people, livestocks, and properties.

Group the class into four(4 )


Let the group act out their experiences during the effect of typhoon.
Group 1- The group affected by a landslide.
Group 2- The group affected by a flashflood.

we can do to stop natural phenomena like typhoons, earthquakes and storm surge from visitng our
country.They are part of Nature's system.The possible effects of these are lost of lives, lost of property,
disruption of water and communication services etc. But there is a lot we can do to prevent them from
causing death and destruction. )

Can you give safety measures if yf your place hit by a tornado?

Answer:
When tornadoes hit directly in your place, its destructive wind rip apart buildings and
trees. It is very destructive because cars, houses and d trees can be sucked up by a tornado.
Safety measures: 1. Go to a ba sement, go to the lowest place aand cover yourself.

4. If inside a car, get out immediately and find a shelter.
