TEACHER’S REFLECTION

Participating in the focal group discussions centered around the selection,

development, organization, and utilization of suitable teaching and learning resources,
including ICT tools, has been an eye-opening experience. It became clear that aligning
resources with specific learning goals is pivotal for effective education. The discussions
highlighted the significance of thoughtful curation, ensuring that the resources not only
engage learners but also cater to various learning styles. Incorporating technology, such as
ICT, emerged as a powerful means to enhance the learning experience and foster a more
dynamic and interactive classroom environment. This reflection underscores the importance
of adaptability and innovation in education, reminding me that a well-rounded approach to
resource utilization greatly contributes to meaningful learning outcomes.
