the position of chief of police of
Davao city. Councilor Endriaga Is
a practising attorney of Davao cny.
Lt.
Manigque, a native of Bohol,
graduated from the .constabulary
academy in 1919, and was commis
sioned a third lieutenant in the
constabulary in January, 1920. He

served much of his service in Min


danao and Sulu. He is presently
