一、 项目概况

Project overview

南京莫尼亚离心机科技发展有限公司依据当前炼化企业提供的数据信息，综

合多种技术手段，设计了以下处置炼化罐底污油泥、电脱盐乳化油、含油浮渣和

电脱盐污水及生化污泥主体设备及工艺，特制定此可行性方案。

二、背景

Background

我国炼化企业的原油来源比较复杂，大多数是进口原油。有北美的、南美的、

中东的、中亚的、俄罗斯的等多国牌原油，还有国内各个油田区块性质不同的原

油。在采出、运输等过程中会产生一定量的乳化现象，原油到了炼油厂后还需要

加水洗盐，这个过程是在电脱盐系统中完成的。电脱盐的过程中要求一定要把乳

化油切到电脱盐污水里，这样就会使电脱盐污水处理上增加了难度。通常的处理

方法是：首先隔油，将大部分乳化油夹带着灰分和洗出来的矿盐类物质一并收集

到暂存罐里，一小部分乳化油还会留在电脱盐污水中，污水通过曝气收集浮渣，

曝气后的污水进入生化池进行生化处理，水合格后外排。暂存罐里的污油泥采取

加热，加药剂的方法切除上面的合格原油，打回炼油厂的原油储罐中。暂存罐底

沉淀的污油泥再外协委托减量化和资源化处理（这样会为企业节省费用，以达到

资源化管理的目的）。然而，这种老工艺导致的后果是：乳化油越来越多，电脱

盐污水越来越难以处理，往往会造成生化池均被原油污染，菌种死亡，生化效果

差等难以解决的问题。其原因是：加入了化学药剂会使乳化油产生破乳效果，这

种化学药剂同时又是表活剂，使原油在固渣表面上脱落后上浮，固渣沉淀。同时

会有部分药剂随破乳后的回收原油进入原油罐中，导致了其它原油乳化增多。

management). However, the consequences of this old process are: more

and more emulsified oil, electrical desalted sewage is more and more

difficult to deal with, often resulting in the biochemical tank is polluted by

crude oil, bacteria death, poor biochemical effect and other difficult

problems to solve. The reason is that the addition of chemical agents will

make the emulsified oil demulsifying effect, and this chemical agent is

also the surfactant, so that the crude oil falls off on the surface of the

solid slag and floats up, and the solid slag precipitates. At the same time,

some agents will enter the crude oil tank with the recovered crude oil

after demulsification, resulting in the emulsification of other crude oil.

2.1 技术原理

2.1.1 调质预处理技术

隔油池收回的污油泥在储存罐内可以加热，而不能加入任何破乳剂和表面活

性剂之类的化学药品，加入这些化学药品是可以起到破乳功能，但是这些破乳剂

一部分被带回原油罐造成二次乳化，使得原油罐中的未乳化的原油开始乳化，起

到了相反的作用。正确的做法是加热不加药剂，全部的物料通过脱油卧螺离心机

脱油，一次性将油脱除 90%以上，含水率降到 2%以下再打入原油罐，这样的

净化后的不加药剂的原油不会造成原油储罐中原油乳化，也就是乳化原油量会越

来越少。

2.1.2 离心分离脱油技术

特种脱油卧螺离心机的工作原理是利用高转速产生的巨大的离心力场，使比

重相对较小的油从泥沙表面上置换出来，并将水从乳化油中有效分离，再经过特

殊设计的结构自动完成油收集及外排，污水（泥水混合物）进入下级处理单元。

不同程度的跑渣现象，水中含渣过多分离不彻底的难题。莫尼亚卧螺离心机就可

The new three phase horizontal screw centrifuge is a special

centrifuge designed for the material which is difficult to separate, such as

oil sludge and oil scum at the bottom of refinery tank. The product is a

new type of solid-liquid separation equipment independently developed

by digestion and absorption of foreign advanced technology. It has the

characteristics of continuous operation, large production capacity,

convenient operation and maintenance, low moisture content in the mud,

low operating cost, and the most important feature is both the scum

removal function. It is known in the industry that no matter how expensive

the imported horizontal screw machine is, not one company’s

centrifuge can meet the standard when separating scum. There are

different degrees of slag running phenomenon and the problem of

excessive slag in water and incomplete separation. The Molniya decanter

2.2 工艺技术描述

Process technical description

含油污泥处理的最终目的是达到减量化、资源化和无害化。为实现含油污泥

的彻底处理和资源利用，国内外进行了大量的研究与实践，并取得了一定进展。

目前常用的处理方法有：溶剂萃取法、地层深度回注法、热化学洗涤法、热解析、

焚烧法、生物法、调剖及综合利用等。

The ultimate purpose of oily sludge treatment is to achieve reduction,

resource and harmless. In order to realize the thorough treatment and

resource utilization of oily sludge, a lot of research and practice have

been carried out at home and abroad, and some progress has been

made. At present, the commonly used treatment methods include:

solvent extraction method, deep injection method, thermochemical

washing method, thermal analysis, incineration method, biological

method, profile control and comprehensive utilization.

热水洗涤法是美国环保局处理含油污泥优先采用的方法，也是国内目前工业

化实际应用的处理含油污泥的主要技术。热水洗涤法是将含油污泥加水加热稀释

后，加入一定量化学药剂，经过清洗作用使油从固相表面脱附，最终实现油水泥

的三相分离。其核心技术是水力震荡、气浮、高速分离及高效清洗剂的配合，再

加上合理的工艺流程。该方法在含油量较高、乳化较轻的落地清罐油、原油和油

砂等的回收油处理中应用较多。它的特点是可以回收大部分原油，实现资源化利

用，运行成本低，经济效益显著。莫尼亚污油泥处理工艺技术和设备是在该技术

含水的要求，可以使用或不使用化学药剂脱油和水中脱泥。在要求泥中含油小于

10%，含水小于 60%的情况下要投加化学药剂，反之就不用加入化学药剂仍然

可以达到处理效果。我们在使用化学药剂方面十分科学，多数资源化和减量化的

生产过程中是不使用化学药剂的，特别是在炼油厂处理含油污泥污水时使用化学

药剂会导致管线、阀门、仪表、罐体、炼化装置被腐蚀的风险，以及原油罐混合

回收油后会造成加剧乳化的风险，使得电脱盐环节乳化现象加剧出现。不使用化

学药剂是莫尼亚公司全球的首创，不但省钱而且还会使电脱盐系统减少乳化现

象，促使回收油进入良性循环状态，使得乳化现象不再增加或逐渐减少。

Environmental Protection Agency in the United States to treat oily sludge,

and it is also the main technology applied in industrial practice in China.

Hot water washing method is to dilute the oily sludge with water, add a

certain amount of chemical agents, through the cleaning effect to make

the oil from the solid surface desorption, and finally realize the

three-phase separation of oil cement. Its core technology is hydraulic

shock, air flotation, high speed separation and efficient cleaning agent,

coupled with a reasonable process flow. This method is widely used in

the recovery oil treatment of ground tank cleaning oil, crude oil and oil

sand with high oil content and light emulsification. It is characterized by

the recovery of most crude oil, the realization of resource utilization, low

operating cost, significant economic benefits. Based on this technology,

2.2.1 主体工艺：

①进料：利用真空泵或螺杆泵将物料打到污油泥调质箱或罐中，是用蒸汽加

热到 60-80℃，并由搅拌器搅拌均匀，熟化时间大约 20-30 分钟。

stirred evenly by a blender. The curing time is about 20-30 minutes.

②脱油：物料通过螺杆泵打入脱油撬上的特种脱油卧螺离心机中，一次性脱

出 90%以上的原油并合格达标外输。

原料，也可以回用（因为量很小不会有太大影响）脱水后的泥饼外输深度处理，

水进入污水处理单元深度处理。
